No one has been able to miss the importance of eco-responsibility and operational efficiency in recent years. But then, how can you get started with eco-driving while optimizing your vehicle fleet management?

About ADMR 17<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The objective of the ADMR network of Charente-Maritime is to help people throughout their lives at home by providing comprehensive support in terms of service offerings. The fleet of vehicles aims to improve the working conditions of the network's workers.
A major player in personal services for 70 years, ADMR 17 stands out for its network of 25 local associations, its 950 employees, and a notable impact with 924,000 hours of annual services.
It should be noted that each federation within an ADMR is not necessarily equipped with vehicles, some do not even have a fleet manager and the ADMR led by David Boussat is the first to launch into eco-driving, in order to go all the way in using the technology. The departmental federation of Charente-Maritime has 540 vehicles whose daily management is entrusted to Mathilde Charrier, an experienced fleet manager, at the head of a well-established and, above all, fully connected process. Since 2022, ADMR 17 has been working with the SoFLEET platform to monitor its vehicles remotely.
With SoFLEET to manage the kilometers traveled each month, consumption and the vehicle maintenance schedule, the fleet manager saves time and can rely on reliable and readable data that is accessible intuitively, via its personalized interface.
With the daily recording of departures and returns of service vehicles, Mathilde Charrier is able to identify alert points linked to the use of vehicles by employees and to follow up on incidents at a glance.
Home help in rural areas is a leading French associative network, specializing in personal services and active for 75 years.
Recognized for its expertise and experience, ADMR operates in four main areas: autonomy, home (cleaning and ironing), family, and health.
The ADMR Charente-Maritime branch is made up of 25 local associations. With 200 volunteers and 1,000 employees, it helps more than 5,000 beneficiaries.
In 2022, the ADMR of Charente-Maritime carried out 924,000 hours of services and delivered 26,200 meals, demonstrating its commitment and significant impact on the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenge accepted!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In 2022, the SoFLEET product team and technical team decided to take on a challenge: to offer its customers simple, intuitive eco-driving support that adapts to each structure. In 2023, this is a new challenge for SoFLEET, which has 80 %s of its customer vehicle fleet equipped with eco-driving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reducing carbon footprint<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The ADMR federation of Charente-Maritime is the only home help structure in France to be CSR certified in 2023. It has triple certification: NF Service, ISO 9001 and CSR. The integration of eco-driving therefore naturally makes sense for them. "More than geolocation, it allows for a more virtuous managerial dimension" the director of the structure told us. CSR makes it possible to make the employee an "actor" in the process, it is therefore a common project that brings people together around the same objective, with a notion of gamification, since support and training are essential.
For this human-sized structure, committing to measuring and improving its environmental impact is essential. Beyond being in line with its values, eco-driving also allows the fleet manager and employees to see variations in consumption based on driving behavior. An effective way to act to reduce costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
