The company provides technical services for businesses and individuals, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>general electrical work<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installation and upgrading of electrical networks<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>high and low voltage installations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>indoor and outdoor lighting<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>installation of charging stations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>air conditioning and heat pumps<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installation of alarms and video surveillance systems.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These activities involve numerous trips by technicians to different construction sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An essential fleet for technicians&#039; travel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To carry out its operations, ECL relies on a fleet of 7 vehicles. The majority are utility vehicles used by technicians, in addition to one company car. The distances covered are significant. On average:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>between 3,000 and 5,000 km per month per vehicle<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>between 200 and 300 km per day depending on the interventions.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The company&#039;s vehicles are purchased or financed through credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why ECL chose a fleet management solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Before using SoFLEET, the company was already working with a vehicle tracking solution. ECL then chose to equip its fleet with the SoFLEET solution in order to continue tracking vehicle usage and movements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&quot;I had many employees who left in their cars, and I never knew where they were so I could coordinate the interventions.&quot;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The SoFLEET solution was implemented around 2019-2020. Today:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>5 vehicles are equipped with a geolocation device<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Two Renault vehicles are connected via manufacturer data.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simplified vehicle and mileage tracking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The solution allows certain information to be obtained without having to contact technicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&quot;Rather than repeatedly asking them to send me the mileage report, I can track the information directly on the platform.&quot;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>In particular, it facilitates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>tracking the kilometers traveled<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>interview scheduling<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>locating a vehicle in case of breakdown.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sofleet.eu\/en\/your-needs\/geolocation\/\">geolocation <\/a>can also prove very useful in certain specific situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Features used daily<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In its daily use, several features are particularly useful:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>kilometer tracking<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>speed and driving alerts<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>fuel consumption monitoring<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>interview follow-up<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>monitoring of vehicle usage times.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This information allows us to track vehicle usage and maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A simple-to-use application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>According to St\u00e9phanie Mongruel, the application is easy to use:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&quot;It&#039;s intuitive and easy to use. In my daily use, it allows me to manage my HR and vehicle tracking.&quot;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The application allows, in particular, quick access to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>to the history of journeys<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>to consumption data<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>to vehicle usage information.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prospects for the evolution of the park<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Like many companies, ECL is considering the evolution of its vehicle fleet.<strong>Vehicle electrification is under study<\/strong>, even if certain constraints inevitably exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&quot;We are considering converting some vehicles to electric, but there are constraints related to range and charging stations.&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the moment, the company is rather considering <strong>hybrid solutions for certain vehicles<\/strong>, particularly for management
