The data collected is used exclusively by SoFLEET for commercial prospecting and marketing communication purposes, in compliance with current legal obligations. It is not transferred or transmitted to third parties.

The VIN, as potentially sensitive data, is kept for a maximum period of three (3) months from its collection, then automatically deleted. The user may at any time exercise his rights of access, rectification, opposition or deletion, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), by contacting the data protection officer at the following address: contact@sofleet.eu.
