What will the AEN reform, which comes into force in 2025, change for fleet managers?

Since February 1, 2025, the new flat rates for benefits in kind apply:

For vehicles affected before this date, the old regime continues to apply.

The award date set in the agreement between the employer and the employee is the official reference.
